Terms of service
Article 1: Membership
- "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these terms and applies for membership according to the procedures established by the Company.
- "Member Information" refers to information related to the attributes of the member disclosed to the Company, as well as information regarding the member's transaction history, etc.
- These terms apply to all members and must be followed during the registration process and after registration.

Membership Qualification
Customers who agree to these terms and complete the specified membership application process will be eligible for membership upon completion of the registration procedures. The membership registration process must be completed by the individual who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances. Furthermore, we may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or those deemed inappropriate by the Company. -
Input of Member Information
When registering as a member, please read the instructions carefully and accurately enter the required information in the specified input form. Special characters, old kanji, and Roman numerals cannot be used in the registration of member information. If such characters are registered, the Company will change them. -
Management of Passwords
(1) Passwords are for the use of the member only and cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords and should change them regularly to prevent others from knowing them.
(3) Any expression of intent made to the Company using the member's password will be considered the member's own intent, and the member will be responsible for all payments and other obligations resulting from such expressions of intent.
Article 3: Changes
- Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to their name, address, or other registered information.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from failure to register such changes. Furthermore, even if changes are registered, transactions processed before the registration of changes will be conducted based on the information registered prior to the changes.
Article 4: Withdrawal
If a member wishes to withdraw, the member must complete the withdrawal procedures personally. Membership will be terminated upon the completion of the specified withdrawal procedures.
Article 5: Loss of Membership and Compensation Liability
- The Company may revoke the membership if a member has made false statements during the membership application process, failed to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if the Company finds any other reason that makes the member unsuitable.

If a member engages in any of the following acts, they will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred:
(1) Unauthorized use of member number or password
(2) Accessing the website to alter information or sending harmful computer programs to interfere with the Company's operations
(3) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company
(4) Other acts that violate these terms of use
Article 6: Handling of Member Information

In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent from the member. However, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without prior consent in the following cases:
(1) When disclosure is required by law
(2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, interests, or honor - Personal information will be managed by the Company under the "Personal Information Protection Policy." The Company may use the information for providing services to members, improving service content, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.
- The Company may provide members with information (including advertisements) via email newsletters or other methods. If a member does not wish to receive such information, they can notify the Company according to the specified method, and the Company will stop providing the information. However, the Company cannot stop providing information necessary for the operation of this service upon the member's request.
Article 7: Prohibited Acts
Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using this service:
- Violating laws, these terms, usage notes for this service, shopping notes for this service, or other regulations
- Damaging the rights, interests, or honor of the Company or other third parties
- Engaging in activities that may have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of young people or violate public order and morals
- Engaging in activities that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties
- Entering false information
- Sending or posting harmful computer programs or emails
- Illegally accessing the Company's servers or other computers
- Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties
- Engaging in other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 8: Interruption or Suspension of Service

To maintain the optimal operation of this service, the Company may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice if any of the following apply:
(1) Necessary for regular or emergency system maintenance
(2) When the system is overloaded
(3) When it becomes difficult to operate the system due to fire, power outage, or interference by third parties
(4) Other cases where the Company deems it necessary to suspend the system
- Changes and Discontinuation of Service
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the service at its discretion without prior notice.
Article 10: Disclaimer
- The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by members due to system interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss, or unauthorized access to data caused by communication line or computer failures, or any other damages related to the Company's services.
- The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's web page, server, or domain do not contain harmful elements such as computer viruses.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred due to a member's violation of these terms.
Article 11: Revisions to These Terms
The Company may revise these terms at its discretion to align with the general interests of the members or when deemed reasonable. Additionally, the Company may establish supplementary regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Regulations") to complement these terms. In the event of any revisions or supplements to these terms, the Company will announce the effective date and the content of the changes in advance on its website. Members are expected to comply with the revised terms and Supplementary Regulations from the effective date.
Article 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes arising concerning these terms, Japanese law shall be the governing law. The exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance shall be the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
