Shipping information

[For Orders within Japan]

The shipping fee is a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Additionally, we offer a coupon for free shipping on your first order, regardless of the number of items, to customers who register as members. This coupon can only be used once and cannot be combined with other coupons.


[For International Orders]

The shipping fee is 5,000 yen (tax included).

We will select the delivery company based on your location. Please note that you cannot specify the delivery carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is confirmed (excluding major holidays).

Business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please note that we do not ship orders outside of business hours.

Additionally, please be aware that delivery may take longer due to peak shipping periods (holiday periods), weather conditions, and other circumstances, which might prevent us from delivering as specified. Thank you for your understanding.

[For Orders within Japan]

Depending on the contents of your order, you can specify the delivery date and time starting from 5 business days after the order date.

Please note that for remote islands and certain regions, we may not be able to accommodate your requested delivery date and time even if specified at the time of order. Additionally, due to peak shipping periods (Golden Week, New Year's holidays), weather conditions, and other circumstances, we may not be able to deliver as specified. We appreciate your understanding.

If you need to change the specified delivery date and time after the shipment, please contact the delivery carrier directly.

[For International Orders]

We regret that we cannot accommodate delivery date and time specifications for international orders. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not receive your order within the carrier's holding period, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. We regret that we cannot reship the returned items. If you still wish to purchase the same items, please place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty and return

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we will promptly exchange it for the same item. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will offer a refund after returning the product.

No, you don’t need to register as a member to make a purchase.

However, membership registration is free and comes with several benefits. Plus, there are no membership or annual fees.
